Terms of Use for the Pitch Diagram Android App

These terms apply when you use the Pitch Diagram Android app. Purchases are also covered by the Google Play Terms of Service.

1. Free use and the subscription

• The app is free to download. Some tools are always free. The others start with free minutes, then keep working for free in short sessions.
• Pitch Diagram Pro, the subscription, removes the timer and adds saved takes, MIDI export and videos without the watermark. Nothing is charged until you subscribe.
• Pro is a yearly subscription. Its price is shown in the app, in your currency, before you buy.

2. Renewal and cancellation

• The subscription renews automatically each year at the price shown, unless you cancel before the renewal date.
• You can cancel at any time in Google Play: open the Play Store, tap your profile picture, then Payments & subscriptions, then Subscriptions.
• After you cancel, you keep access until the end of the year you already paid for.

3. Refunds

Payments and refunds are handled by Google Play, under its refund policy. We don't refund the rest of a billing period after you cancel.

4. Using the app

The app is provided as it is. We work to keep it accurate and available, but we can't guarantee that it is free of errors or always available.

5. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Any change is reflected in the "Last updated" date at the top. Price changes to an active subscription are announced by Google Play before they apply.
